FIRST DAY

Pangkalan Bun / Airport - Kumai – Tanjung Harapan

After arriving in the airport, you will be picked up by a tour guide and he will take you directly to Kumai the trip from the airport to the dock where the boat is located takes about 20 minutes by car. Arriving at the dock you will be introduced to the team which consist of the boat captain, a crew, a guide, and a cook who will accompany you during your Orangutan Tour Tanjung Puting, your trip will be continued using the boat / Klotok to the first camp in Tanjung Puting National Park area. The boat will go along a big river, and then will enter a small river called Sekoyer.

The tour program in the first day is visiting Tanjung Harapan to see feeding Orangutans at 03.00 PM. After that you go back to the boat and continue the trip along the river to the next camp called Pondok Tangguy. During the trip you will see a lot of animals at the bank of the river such as long – tailed monkeys, Proboscis monkeys and birds. Arriving here, you will stay overnight on the boat / Klotok.

SECOND DAY

Tanjung Harapan – Pondok Tanggui – Camp Leakey

After waking up and having breakfast at 07.00 AM,  you will be taken to see the process of feeding Orangutans in the second camp that is Pondok Tangguy. It is done at 09.00 AM. After seeing the process of feeding Orangutans you go back to the boat to continue your trip to the third camp that is Camp Leakey. The trip from Pondok Tangguy to Camp Lakey takes about 1 hour. Arriving there you will have lunch at 12.00 AM.

Then you get off the boat and go to the information center at Camp Leakey. Before 14.00 PM you will be taken into the forest to see the process of feeding Orangutans. The trip is about 3 kilometers. Here you will see Orangutans called from the forest to a stage to feeding. After that, you go back to the boat to continue your trip to an estuary.

THIRD DAY

Sekonyer river - Kumai – DAYAK TRIP

After waking up, having breakfast at 07.00 AM, The trip will be continued to Kumai. After arriving at Kumai, you will be taken to DAYAK TRIP

Then get a ride of 4 hours by car to Kudangan Dayak village. We meet the locals, and explore the village.

In the evening, you get a warm welcome dancing ceremony from the villagers. You end this evening a diner and traditional drinks with villagers. Overnight in a Dayak house.

FOUR DAY

After breakfast, we start with our jungle trek, Along the way, we may spot animals, and the Dayak villagers may teach us some basic hunting and survival techniques.

Upon arrival, we can swim in the waterfall, and enjoy the serenity of the jungle and river landscape. We spend the night in village.(Overnight in a Dayak house)

FIFTH DAY

After breakfast, In case you wish, we could do another jungle trek before the drive back to Pangkalan Bun to your hotel (excluded).

BOOKING AND PAYMENT:

5. The remaining payments are paid after arrival at the boat.

6. Changes in the tour schedule to do a minimum of 10 days before the date of the first tour bookings.

7. Booking flight tickets through us, payment must be paid off.
